No Reminder

Ive been blessed, by using this app the past couple of years, on my previous Samsung Galaxy S5. Since I switched to an iPhone 6s Plus, I havent been able to get the reminder feature to work. Ive reloaded it twice, to no avail. I dont see any way to contact the developer, etc., so I wrote a review.
When I clicked on "App Support," an error message appeared.
